Instrument Enclosures & Manifold Packages
Design and integration of instrument packages in SS316/316L stainless steel enclosures and cabinets, configured for the process, environmental conditions, and access and maintenance requirements.
We work from the customer’s specification, required or customer-supplied instruments, and installation philosophy. Geyser IC can deliver an assembled, tubed, wired, calibrated and tested package within the agreed scope of supply.
Package configuration
Depending on the application, the scope of supply may include:
Enclosure and internal structure
SS316/316L enclosures or cabinets, mounting plates, supports and internal steelwork.
Instruments and manifolds
One or more pressure transmitters; standard, double block & bleed (DBB) or interlocking manifolds from specialist manufacturers. Single-channel 1oo1 or redundant 1oo2 and 2oo3 configurations, according to the specified system architecture.
Process connections
Tubing, fittings, and isolation, equalising, vent and drain valves.
Electrical equipment and accessories
Junction boxes, proximity switches, cable glands and wiring; heaters and thermostats where required by environmental conditions, such as outdoor installations at low temperatures.
Identification and verification
Nameplates and tags, instrument calibration, factory acceptance testing (FAT) to an agreed test plan, and a documentation dossier.
Applications
HIPPS instrumentation and measurement architectures with 2oo3 voting; high-pressure gas lines, compressor stations, OEM skids and packages, oil & gas and LNG plants, and demanding industrial applications.
Information required to define the scope
Technical specification, P&ID or connection diagram, instrument list, fluid, pressures and temperatures, environmental conditions, hazardous area classification where applicable, measurement architecture, power supplies, interfaces and dimensional constraints.
The project dossier may include the layout, bill of materials, connection diagrams, tag list, component documentation, and calibration and test reports.
P&ID, fluids, pressures, temperatures, required measurements and installation conditions.
02 · Selection and layout
Instruments, materials, components and layout, with attention to access and interfaces.
03 · Assembly
Mounting and connections to the agreed configuration, with component identification.
04 · Checks and documentation
Project-specific checks and agreed documentation for installation and operation.
Documentation to match your project
The proposal can include a dimensional layout, bill of materials, connection diagrams, tag identification and component documentation. P&IDs, leak tests and functional checks are defined within the technical scope of supply.
Already have a design? We can work from your P&ID and instrument list to agree the assembly, connections and required documentation.
From integration to commissioning
Installation, configuration and field checks can complete the supply. Larger cabinets and analyser shelters can also be assessed against your project requirements.
Include the application, fluid, process conditions, number of measurement points, available space and required interfaces. If you do not yet have a drawing, we can start from a description of your requirements.
