Is EL3000 a single model?
It is a family. EL3020 identifies the rack version and EL3040 the wall-mounted version; the analytical configuration must then be defined.

EasyLine EL3000 integrates control, display and up to two analyser modules in one enclosure. The actual combination is selected for the measurement task.
When to choose it
- Applications with clearly defined components and ranges.
- Integration into an analyser cabinet or wall-mounted installation.
- A compact configuration without the extensive modularity of an AO2000 project.
Sample conditioning remains part of the project
Sample handling options do not automatically replace the treatment required by the process. Check moisture, dust, temperature, pressure and compatibility with the analytical module.
IP65 describes enclosure protection: it does not by itself establish suitability for explosive atmospheres or the specific sample mixture. For hazardous-area projects, assess the appropriate version and compare EL3060.

Information for a quotation
To select EL3000, send us the following information, even if preliminary:
- Components to be measured, background gas and expected interferents.
- Normal, minimum and maximum ranges; units and dry or wet basis.
- Pressure and temperature at the sampling point; moisture, dust and condensable components.
- Required response time, number of points and distance from the sampling point.
- Area classification, indoor/outdoor installation, available signals and utilities.
- Rack or wall-mount preference and available space.
Frequently asked questions
Can I connect the process gas directly?
Only if conditions meet all limits of the selected version. Otherwise, a conditioning system is required.
